Sponsorships and Donations
Request for sponsorship and donations are reviewed on a quarterly basis and approved submissions are contacted by phone. If you have a request, please review the guideline and request form here:

The Walden Madden Real Estate Team is dedicated to supporting organizations that enrich our community. We focus on supporting groups that align with our mission to provide Alaska residents with a solid, successful community. We will carefully consider your request and do the best we can to support your organization.
Sponsorship Guidelines
If you are interested in seeking a donation, please review the following guidelines:
- All requests must be received in writing at least 30 days in advance of the event date. Requests are not accepted by phone. Requests are reviewed quarterly
- Priority goes to sponsorships that benefit the Fairbanks North Star Borough Community
- If the organization is a 501c (3) non-profit organization, please include the organization’s tax ID number with the request.
- Please fill out the Donation Request form (required) and submit a request letter including the name of the nonprofit organization, date of the fundraiser, the purpose and beneficiary of fundraiser, contact name and information, and an address.
Unfortunately, we are unable to sponsor to the following:
- groups that discriminate
- organizations that do not benefit Alaskans
- multi-year commitment or automatic renewal grants
- organizations whose prime purpose is to influence legislation
